About Shenandoah
Shena grew up primarily in Bloomington, Indiana, where she developed a lifelong love of college basketball. With deep family roots in Montana spanning four generations, she relocated to the state in 2007. She began her legal career in 2015 at a small Livingston firm, practicing general civil litigation and criminal defense, and later moved to Helena to join the Office of the State Public Defender, where she gained extensive trial and courtroom experience. In 2019, Shena launched a solo criminal defense practice before joining the Federal Defenders of Montana in 2022 as a court-appointed attorney in federal court. She joined Judnich Law Office in Bozeman in 2024, switching her focus from criminal defense to family law. In 2026, she founded Cornerstone Law Group, focusing on family law. She represents clients in custody disputes, divorces, and adoptions. Outside the office, Shena enjoys exploring Montana’s ski hills, rivers, and public lands with her goldendoodle, Beans, thinking about how to get the best possible outcomes for her clients.

About Janell
Janell grew up in Townsend, MT and graduated from Montana State University in 2009 with a Bachelors in political science and a minor in sociology. In 2014, she earned her Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law in Orange County, California before returning to her roots in Montana. Janell is cross-trained as a High Conflict Divorce Coach and has sought additional education in Family Law specific mediation through Billings Mediation Center and Montana Mediation Association. She is passionate about helping families navigate complex legal issues with compassion and clarity. When she's not working, she spends her time with her family, often cheering for her kids at their many, many sporting events.
