Child Support
Montana's Child Support Services Division, often referred to as CSSD, is a division of the Department of Public Health and Human Services. CSSD is responsible for ordering child support, and enforcing those orders when someone fails to pay. Click the link below to begin the application process on the CSSD website.
Vital Statistics
Before any divorce or parenting plan is final, the people getting divorced and parents must submit a vital statistics form. This allows the state to update marriage, birth, death, and parenting records. Your divorce and parenting plan will not be final until this is completed and submitted.
