Caroline Warne

A Bit About Caroline

Caroline joined Cornerstone Law Group in the fall of 2026, bringing a wealth of experience. Her client-centered practice is a natural match with Cornerstone's mission to provide strong, compassionate advocacy. In addition to handling family law cases, Caroline works around the State of Montana as a Guardian Ad Litem. Outside the office, Caroline spends time with her husband, children, pets, friends, and family exploring all that Montana has to offer.

Caroline grew up in New Hampshire on a rural New England Farm and spent her youth through college ski racing. Caroline headed straight to Law School in Minnesota after college and spent 3 years volunteering with the Minnesota Justice Foundation while completing her studies. A few months after passing the Minnesota Bar Exam Caroline travelled to Kyiv Ukraine for 8 months volunteering with the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative. In 2008 Caroline moved to Montana and hasn’t left since! Caroline brings extensive experience, particularly in family law:

• Legal law clerk for the 20th Judicial District

• Attorney for the Office of the State Public Defenders in Lake, Flathead, and Sanders Counties

• Attorney for Montana Legal Services in Helena

• Administrative Judge for the Department of Health and Human Services, Child Support Services Division in Helena

• Attorney for the Department of Health and Human Services, Child Protective Services Division in Helena​
